Nanowire dye-sensitized solar cells

Abstract
Excitonic solar cells—including organic, hybrid organic–inorganic and dye-sensitized cells (DSCs)—are promising devices for inexpensive, large-scale solar energy conversion. The DSC is currently the most efficient and stable excitonic photocell.
