Abstract
The Arctic climate is changing rapidly. From 1979 to 2006, September sea-ice extent decreased by almost 25|[percnt]| or about 100,000|[thinsp]|km2|[nbsp]|per|[nbsp]|year (ref.|[nbsp]|2).
