The paper by Shahrabi-Farahani et al (p 752, this issue) examines the expression and localization of neuropilin 1 in squamous cell carcinoma. The authors show that expression of neuropilin 1 is regulated in the skin and is selectively produced in differentiated epithelial cells. The cover shows human skin stained for neuropilin 1 and keratin 14.
