Microsurgical Studies on Human Cells and Cloning of HeLa Cells

Abstract

This article describes the equipment and microsurgical procedures requisite to dissecting, injecting or otherwise altering human cells of normal or malignant origin. These procedures, amenable to automation, are also requisite to the isolation and cloning of solitary, operated HeLa cells.
