Welfare of Domestic Animals

Abstract

On October 13 and 14, Parliament is to debate Revised Codes of Practice governing the welfare of domestic animals. These codes do not reflect all the findings of the Brambell Committee, nor do they take into account the evidence of animal behaviour studies.
