Abstract
EVIDENCE suggesting genetic transformation in mammalian cells has been reported1–6. To test whether the integration of DNA7 is followed by its genetic expression, we have studied the transfer of resistance to 5-iodo-2′-deoxyuridine (IUdR) to lymphoma cells in culture.
