In regards to Table 3 in the above-referenced manuscript, the reported hazard ratio, parameter estimate, and 95% confidence intervals are incorrect for the variable unrelated donor. The parameter estimates for enteral metronidazole and age are also incorrect. A corrected version is presented. These changes do not alter our conclusions. The authors regret this error.
