About the magazine
Vital was a magazine for the whole dental team:
- dental nurses
- dental hygienists
- therapists and hygienist-therapists
- dental technicians
- clinical dental technicians
- orthodontic therapists and orthodontic nurses
- dental practice managers
- dental receptionists
Informative, educational and entertaining, Vital contained features, news, views, advice, opinion and much more. Launched in 2003, Vital published four times a year and from summer 2008 provided dental care professionals (DCPs) with verifiable CPD to help maintain their GDC registration.
The winter 2013 issue of Vital was the last issue to be printed and published on this website. A brand new, monthly dental team magazine called BDJ Team was launched in March 2014.
