The journal will consider applications for the APC to be sponsored in instances where authors cannot pay the full amount charged for publication and sponsorship may be granted in cases of genuine need. If the application is successful, Springer Nature and PCRS-UK/IPCRG will cover the costs of publication and no fee will be applicable to the author. Individual APC sponsorship requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
