It consists of six transmembrane domains (blue cylinders) along with a calcium-permeable pore-loop (green). Outer (o) and inner (i) plasma membrane leaflets are present. The hydrophilic amino-terminal segment contains three ankyrin repeat domains (A) followed by an N-terminus (N).
