The Wrigley Company has been given accreditation from independent oral health charity the British Dental Health Foundation (BDHF), for Orbit Complete sugarfree chewing gum.
The Foundation helps millions of people every year suffering from problems with their teeth and gums by providing them with information on oral health. To make sure consumers are using products that are beneficial to their oral health, the BDHF evaluates dental products designed to maintain oral hygiene to ensure their claims are clinically proven and are backed up by reliable scientific evidence.
There are currently only 110 UK products that have the approval of the Foundation. All these products carry the BDHF approved logo and are listed on the Foundation's website, www.dentalhealth.org.uk.
