The original Compton Acres Dental Practice opened at the Compton Acres Shopping Centre in West Bridgford in 1989 and won a number of awards for best practice, innovation and quality of care. £600,000 has been spent on creating the state of the art, purpose built new practice, which has over twice the space and floor area of the original practice and a second floor extension. It also boasts no-touch electric glass doors, a dedicated decontamination room, and all the latest audio-visual and computer facilities.

Mr Clarke cut the ribbon in front of 50 invited guests, principal dentist Mr John Grummitt, his wife Dawn who is co-director and practice manager, and the rest of their dental team which includes two further dentists and three dental hygienists.

Mr Grummitt, who has been practising dentistry for almost 30 years, said that he has always aimed to stay at the forefront of cosmetic, reconstructive and implant dentistry and hopes to continue to offer current and new patients complete satisfaction at the brand new Compton Acres Dental Practice.
