Owing to the incorrect versions being used, Figures 3 and 4 contained some minor errors.
In the original paper, Figure 3, contained the correct numerical results and the district names, but the district abbreviations on the horizontal axis did not match the full names to which they were attached. Figure 4 was meant to be a geographic visualization of the same districts appearing in Figure 3, which are the same ones appearing as orange symbols in Figure 2, and the same ones appearing in columns 3 and 7 of Table 3. In the original version of Figure 4, 11 of the districts were correct, but owing to an error there were four erroneous inclusions and three erroneous exclusions. The new version corrects the issue so that the map agrees with Figure 2, Figure 3, and Table 3.
