In the original version of the paper the figures in the article were misplaced according to their descriptions in the text. Figure 6 was incorrectly displayed as Figure 8, Figure 7 was incorrectly displayed as Figure 6, and Figure 8 was incorrectly displayed as Figure 7. This has now been corrected in the PDF and HTML versions of the paper.
