Author Correction: GATK-gCNV enables the discovery of rare copy number variants from exome sequencing data

In the version of the article initially published, there were errors in equations in the Methods section. Equation 2, now reading ${\lambda }_{{st}}={d}_{s}{\mu }_{{st}}{c}_{{st}}+{d}_{s}{\epsilon }_{M}$, previously read ${\lambda }_{{st}}={d}_{s}{c}_{{st}}+{d}_{s}{\epsilon }_{M}$. The first line of Equation 3, now reading $\log \left({\mu }_{{st}}\right)={m}_{t}+\mathop{\sum }\limits_{\nu =1}^{D}{W}_{t\nu }{z}_{\nu s}+\mathop{\sum }\limits_{\nu =1}^{K}{\bar{W}}_{t\nu }\,{\bar{z}}_{\nu s}$, previously read $\log \left({\mu }_{{st}}\right)={m}_{t}+\mathop{\sum }\limits_{\nu =1}^{D}{W}_{t\nu }{z}_{\nu s}+\mathop{\sum }\limits_{\nu =1}^{K}{\bar{W}}_{t\nu }\,{\bar{z}}_{t\nu }$.
