The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding highly similar images in Fig. 3F between the miR-4534 mimic and shRNA-VASH1 groups at 24 h. The authors have provided alternative images and requested a correction, but have been unable to sufficiently explain how the issue occurred and share the full underlying raw data from this study. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the presented data.
Yuxi Zhang agrees to this retraction. Zhenming Jiang and Pingeng Wu do not agree to this retraction. Xi Chen and Dong Chen have not responded to any correspondence from the editor or publisher about this retraction.
