Crystal structure at 2.8 Å resolution of anabolic ornithine transcarbamylase from Escherichia coli

The 2.8 Å resolution crystal structure of E. coli ornithine transcarbamylase is presented, the first to be reported for the trimeric, anabolic enzyme.
