Isolation and Hybridization Kinetics of Messenger RNA from Dictyostelium discoideum

Abstract

Messenger RNA from the cellular slime mould Dictyostelium discoideum contains a sequence of poly A residues and more than 95% hybridizes to the non-reiterated DNA.
