Effect of Prostaglandin E2 and Aspirin on the Secondary Aggregation of Human Platelets

Abstract

THE lack of cellular specificity1 of the prostaglandins creates potential hazards in their use as therapeutic agents: we describe one associated with PGE2, and the reversal of the effect with aspirin.
