In the figure 1 caption, it should read ‘Time 3:1 July 2003 to 30 September (subsequent 3-month time period after IBCLC hire)’ instead of ‘Time 3:1 January 2003 to 30 September (subsequent 3-month time period after IBCLC hire).’
