Summary
A case of bilateral aniridia associated with familial pheochromocytoma in a female of 17 years of age was described. The pheochromocytoma of the patient with aniridia showed a malignant nature, but the pheochromocytoma of her sibling who had no aniridia was benign. This rare association had not been reported and it was discussed in relation to aniridia-Wilms' tumor syndrome.
