The Castellini Implantor Brushless micromotor is a new innovation that together with an exclusive computing program is able to display immediate graphs showing the degree of 'effort' the mechanical force output by the instrument – at every instant during osteotomy procedures.

The data delivered is memorised, gradually forming a curve which represents all of the values from the start of the procedure to the finish – the torque curve. High curves are indicative of a high resistance to penetration indicating elevated bone density while low curves indicate a low bone density, corresponding to a small degree of tissue resistance.

The computer software used with the brushless micromotor, will run through the surgery PC as a stand alone software package and the Castellini Implantor Brushless micromotor itself can be integrated on to all new Castellini dental units.
