Genome-wide strategies for detecting multiple loci that influence complex diseases
&
Abstract

Although these conditions involve a complex relationship between genotype and phenotype, including interactions between unlinked loci, the prevailing strategies for analysis of such studies focus on the locus-by-locus paradigm.
