My vote is #1: The dust settles. I just cannot bring myself to gamble on #3: The bet was too uncertain. :-)

I vote for # 1. Better understanding of basic environmental factors is important, especially with regards to climate change.
One: The dust settles - by default. Schroedinger's roulette wheel would be another application of quantum cryptography - an obvious, though clever one and worms I find less interesting - no offence to the worms
