Malaria: The big push
Zambia, with help from partners around the world, is stepping up its battle against malaria. Michael Hopkin reports from the rural front line.
It's not long after dark on a starry night, and three SUVs are bumping along a dirt track in a remote corner of southern Zambia. Inside the vehicles is a troop of more than a dozen men, most dressed in green overalls that bear more than a passing resemblance to army fatigues.
