Falling rocket foam grounds Rosetta
Ariane 5 problem delays comet chasing mission.
The Rosetta mission has been delayed for a second time thanks to a hole in its launcher's insulation. Officials noticed that a small piece of insulating foam was missing from the Ariane 5 rocket just five hours before the scheduled launch.
