A Certain Symmetry : Histocompatibility Antigens compared with Immunocyte Receptors

Abstract

Recent work on cancer immunity suggests that the character and diversity of cell membrane antigens may be controlled by processes similar to those concerned with the origin of specific patterns in the immune system.
