Sequence of a Ribosome Binding Site in Bacteriophage Qβ-RNA

Abstract

A sequence of twenty-six nucleotides which includes the initiation region of the coat protein cistron of Qβ bacteriophage has been isolated and determined. The region contains the sequence UUUGA.
