Abstract
STUDYING the problem of hæmopoiesis, we arrived at the conclusion that the red blood corpuscle was a product of secretion by a mono-glandular cell, which, when present in the peripheral blood, has been classified as a polymorph eosinophil1. At that time, however, we were unable to demonstrate fully how this red blood corpuscle secretion could be seen objectively by research workers.
