Confocal microscopy images of HEK-293T cells transfected with cDNAs of human dopamine D2S receptor and human D4,4 (top) or D4,7 (bottom) receptors. D4 receptors are shown in red, D2S is shown in green and co-localization in yellow. The images show a high co-localization of D2S with D4,2 but not with D4,7 receptors.
