C+ Files from Dentsply Maillefer are an endodontic file used for the initial instrumentation of the root canal. The files benefit from a stronger buckling resistance compared to K files, which makes for easier location of the canular orifices and easier access to the apical third. This is due to their unique taper, which provides high stiffness and strength.

The pyramid shaped tip makes it easier to locate and access changing canals and negotiate calcification. The polished surface of the C+ File allows better debris removal, as well as smoother insertion of the instrument in the canal. They are available in three lengths, 18 mm, 21 mm and 25 mm and three sizes, 8, 10 and 15, and are provided pre-sterilised at no extra cost.
