In the version of this article initially published, there was a typographical error in the third term of equation (2) in the Methods section, which now reads “S* = 100 + 7T, W* = 4.5 – 0.025T, H* = e1.1+0.06T, T* = 16”, where e1.1+0.06T appeared originally as e1.1+0.6T. This error was in presentation only and does not affect the results or source code. The equation has been amended in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
