The National Institute of Arthritis, Musculoskeletal, and Skin Diseases, NIH, has awarded a contract to develop a Research Registry for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA), with the emphasis on multi-case families. If you know of a patient with JRA who has a biologic brother or sister who also has JRA, please consider contacting the Registry. A sum of $100 per family is paid to physicians who provide patients to the Registry. First release of the Registry, April 1, 1996.

The University Children's Hospital in Geneva provides service in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetology to a large part of the French speaking population of Switzerland. Candidates should be board certified in Paediatrics and Paediatric Endocrinology, be able to direct a research and to ensure pre- an postgraduate teaching. Candidates with research activities close to Developmental Biology or Endocrine Regulation of Growth are especially encouraged to apply. Good Knowledge of the French language is required.
The academic level will be determined by the candidate's experience and ability to develop an interdepartmental research program concentrating on developmental biology.
