Abstract
THE starting point of this work is the expression, which is not at all new, where the index in the subscript refers to theth eigenstate of a Hamiltonianand the index in the superscript refers to the order of correction, the zero-order terms being the eigensolutions satisfyingand S indicates summation over the discrete spectrum and integration over the continuum.
