Cell Surface Interaction between HL-A Antigen Determinants

Abstract

THE method used for the indirect serological mapping of cell membrane antigens consists in blocking an antigenic determinant A by the corresponding antibody, and in checking whether the absorption of another non cross-reacting antibody directed against a determinant B has been hampered by this procedure.
