In the June 2007 issue, in the Practice Point by Steven E Lipshultz that was based on the original article by van Dalen EC et al. (2006) Eur J Cancer 42: 3191–3198, there was an error in the objective section of the synopsis. The correct sentence should have read “To evaluate the risk factors for and cumulative incidence of A-CHF in a large group treated with anthracyclines for childhood cancer between the period 1976 and 2000.”
