Abstract
THE principle of my idea can be explained by Fig. 1, which shows a cross section through the proposed machine. The machine has two concentric conductors of toroidal symmetry which are placed within a toroidal magnetic field coil producing a magnetic field directed along the circular toroidal ring axis and varying in time. The space inside the inner conductor and in between the inner and outer conductor is a hard vacuum. The inner conductor is assumed to have a minor radius of ri and the outer conductor a minor radius of ra.
