Specific IgG mRNA Molecules from Myeloma Cells in Heterogeneous Nuclear and Cytoplasmic RNA containing Poly-A

Abstract

Ribonucleic acid containing A-rich sequences has been isolated from the nucleus and cytoplasm of mouse plasmacytoma cells (5563). Injection of this RNA into Xenopus eggs and oocytes has demonstrated that both the nuclear and cytoplasmic RNA contains messages for the immunoglobin heavy and light chains.
