Permanent Longitudinal Electric Polarization and Pyroelectric Behaviour of Collagenous Structures and Nervous Tissue in Man and other Vertebrates

Abstract

The collagenous supporting tissues and spinal cord of man and other vertebrates are shown to have a permanent longitudinal electric polarization whose vector directions are related to morphogenetic directions of development.
