Cloning Human Lymphocytes in vitro

Abstract

CYTOGENETIC studies of irradiated persons have provided presumptive evidence of in vivo clone formation by human lymphocytes1–3. This evidence is based on the detection within an individual of multiple lymphocytes with apparently the same chromosomal abnormality.
