Release of Skin Reactive Factor from Guinea-pig Lymphocytes by Mitogens

Abstract

Normal guinea-pig lymphocytes exposed to mitogens in vitro release an inflammatory material similar to the skin reactive factor liberated by sensitized lymphocytes incubated with specific antigens.
