Abstract
HUMAN HL-A transplantation antigens are controlled by a large number of closely linked genes1. So far only dominant HL-A genes have been described, but some of the sera containing complement fixing (C′F) platelet isoantibodies used for HL-A typing in this laboratory occasionally react as if they were active against antigens controlled by recessive genes or genes with incomplete penetrance.
