Abstract
THE modes of action of the insect moulting hormone ecdysone have been studied for many years, but there is still little known about the nature of the initial acceptors, in the insect cells. For this reason, I have undertaken a microautoradiographic investigation of the distribution, shortly after administration, of tritiated ecdysone.
