Two 3′-Terminal Sequences in Satellite Tobacco Necrosis Virus RNA

Abstract

Two 3′-terminal sequences, G(U, 2AC)COH and G(U, 2AC, C)COH, have been isolated in approximately equal amounts from RNA of Satellite Tobacco Necrosis Virus. The RNA preparations do not contain detectable amounts of 3′-terminal adenosine.
