Abstract
THREE dominant electromagnetic emission bands, centred at about 300, 700 and 1,600 Hz, are often observed in the range 100 to 2,000 Hz. We present measurements made simultaneously from ground and satellite of the enhanced radiation between 500 and 1,000 Hz.
