In the article entitled "Local Ground-level Air Concentrations of Lead-210 at Winchester, Massachusetts", by B. Shleien and Dr. A. G. Friend {Nature, 210, 579; 1966), the first sentence of the penultimate paragraph should read "Local meteorological parameters such as mean temperature, mean wind speed and direction, and precipitation, when averaged over the time periods indicated had no significant correlation with lead-210 except for easterly winds".
