Abstract
THIS communication describes the decomposition by self-irradiation of the radioactive drug tetrasodium 2-methyl-1,4-naphthaquinol diphosphate labelled in the 5,6 and/or 7 positions with tritium. The possible radio-therapeutic use of this labelled compound in the treatment of certain types of cancer is at present under investigation by Prof. J. S. Mitchell and colleagues at the University of Cambridge1,2.
