Abstract
THE method of experimental induction of hydronephrosis by chemical agents has not yet been established, and this forms a bottleneck for research on lesions. During the course of work on the side-effects of anticancer agents, we found many cases of hydronephrosis in SM strain mice injected continuously with subtoxic doses of mitomycin C, an anticancer agent.
