Tryptic and Phosphatase Action on Certain Synthetic Phosphorylated Peptides

Abstract

WITH the development of a new procedure for the synthesis of O-phosphorylated peptides, in which di-p-nitrobenzyl phosphorochloridate is used as the phosphorylating agent1, we have had occasion to study the action of alkaline and acid phosphatase on certain synthetic substrates.
