Abstract
IT was recently reported from this laboratory that the inclusion of 2 per cent DL-norleucine in the diet greatly inhibited the utilization of D-leucine by rats1. In view of this observation it was of considerable interest to determine whether the antagonistic effect of norleucine on leucine utilization was limited to the D-isomer of the latter.
